Director/Writer, Wordplay Drama

Michele Conyngham has written around 14 plays – some for adults; some for children – which have been performed throughout Australia in theatres (Belvoir/Seymour Centre/Troupe to namedrop a few) and schools with Lamplight Theatre. This is possibly her most exciting project to date – working with scientists in a production that includes scientists improvising and singing and acting and talking sense. She has also been an actor for most of her life, taking a break for around 10 years to explore teaching English, French, Music & History in high schools – biggest learning curve ever – and mindful of Tim Minchin’s advice.
