Dr Noushin Nasiri is a Lecturer at the School of Engineering, Macquarie University, who is working on fabricating fingertip sized sensors capable of detecting diseases in the human body through analysing human breath. She is a passionate science communicator and her research has been recognised with several awards including First Place in the 2017 AMP Amplify Ignite Competition, Runner-up in the 2016 Famelab Australia Grand Final and the People’s Choice Award for the 2015 ANU 3MT Grand Final.
