Science Communicator, Australian Volunteers Program
Rachel Rayner is a Science Communicator recently returned from assignment with the Australian Volunteers Program (AVP) placed at the South African Agency for Science and Technology Advancement (SAASTA). She spent her previous years designing and facilitating educational resources, exhibits, activities, and events for students, teachers, and visitors all around Australia. Rachel enjoys combining science and art, influenced by her Bachelor of Liberal Studies (Physics and Art Theory). She continued the theme throughout her Graduate Diploma in Science Communication from the Australian National University.
