Policy Analyst, Australian Academy of Science

Sandra is a policy analyst at the Australian Academy of Science where her work focuses on early- and mid-career researchers. She has a strong interest in diversity issues and is currently project manager for the Women in STEM Decadal Plan. She also supports the advocacy work of the Early- and Mid-Career Researcher (EMCR) Forum, which examines critical issues for EMCRs including career structure, job security, funding, education, training and gender equity. Sandra has a background in immunology research.
